Please make sure you've followed Step 5 (Start Making Your Site) properly, before emailing me to report a problem. Most help requests I receive are from people who have misread or missed something on that page.
This is almost always caused by one of the following:
A: You've skipped something in my instructions. Do exactly what's in the yellow box on page 5 of this site.
B: You told (host) you already had a domain name, when you didn't really have one.
C: Occasionally there's just an error with WordPress or at (host)'s end.
Either way, click here to go to (host). Then click Live Chat. They'll fix everything up for you, and can also install WordPress if you ask.
Go to step 5, and follow the instructions exactly. That's all you need to do. You can easily follow it, even if you know nothing about websites. I'm always here to help, if you get stuck.

Go to your login page (yoursitesname.com/wp-admin) and click Lost your password? to have a new password sent to you.
Click here to go to (host). Then click Live Chat. Note that they can only help with questions about payment, hosting and domain names. They can't answer questions about WordPress, or website ideas/functionality.
